Service Description: This dataset includes an estimate of the annual physical exposition of landslide triggered by earthquakes. It depends on the combination of trigger and susceptibility defined by six parameters: slope factor, lithological (or geological) conditions, soil moisture condition, vegetation cover, precipitation and seismic conditions. A population grid for the year 2010, provided by LandScanTM Global Population Database (Oak Ridge, TN: Oak Ridge National Laboratory) has also been used. Unit is expected average annual population (2010 as the year of reference) exposed (inhabitants) . This product was designed by International Centre for Geohazards /NGI for the Global Assessment Report on Risk Reduction (GAR). It was modeled using global data.
